Personal Training:

This program is based on effective goal setting and formulating strategies for helping new exercisers identify and overcome barriers to exercise, and to assist the experienced exerciser meet specific goals. The purpose of the program is to improve, develop, and maintain cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, and endurance. New exercisers who select the full six sessions will meet two days a week for three weeks with a YMCA Personal Training Instructor. To assist more experienced participants who need limited assistance, we have included per session options in order to suit each individuals needs.

Fitness for Youths

Y Kids 1st Club

A Structured 12 week program for kids ages 6-13. The program is designed to introduce kids to a variety of experiences while keeping it safe for growing bones and joints. Classes will help to improve posture, flexibility, self esteem, and overall body image. Kids can learn to channel nervous energy, develop self discipline
