This class incorporates 20 minutes of dynamic movement, 20 minutes of strength, and 20 minutes of core and flexibility. This fun and energizing class is great for those getting back to fitness. Classes meet at 10:15AM on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Classes are free to members.
