Indoor Cycling

Stationary exercise bicycle focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (optional) and recovery. Various light and music settings to create an energized atmosphere. Classes are Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:00PM, and Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:00AM. Classes are free to members.
