Les Mills Body Combat
Fiercely energetic program inspired by martial arts. Strike, punch, kick and kata your way through calories to cardio fitness. Classes meet Tuesdays @5:30PM, 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month @8:40AM, Thursdays @5:30PM, and the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month @9:30AM. Classes are free to members.
