Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of BODYSTEP™ – a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs. Classes meet Tues@5AM (Combo with Les Mills Body Combat); Thurs@4:30PM; and Fri@9:40AM (30 Minutes). Classes are free to members.
