In order for your child/children to work out in the cardio room or in the weight room they must be at least 15 or older. If they are 12-14 they must take our teen training classes. Participants meet with a Certified Trainer for four 1-hour sessions to learn about and participate in weight training, aerobics, flexibility, character development, and cardiovascular equipment. Emphasis is placed on learning safe and effective exercises for use over a lifetime. Teen members are required to attend four sessions and pass an informal exam to receive permission to use the adult equipment and to receive a certification of completion. If the participant does not pass the exam, the participant will be able to take one or more sessions until the exam is passed.
