Aquatic Refunds
Refunds are available with a 5-day written notice and carry a $10 processing fee. Checks will
be mailed within 15-20 working days. Fees are non-refundable once a session begins. If a child is
unable to complete a session due to fear of the water, the Aquatics Director may issue a program
credit. Program credits allow the child to complete the session at a later date. Program credit
request must be made in writing within 5 days of the session.
Day Camp Refunds
Day Camp deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are transferable to other session balances with
a 5 day written notice and upon session space availability. Day Camp fees are refundable with a
5-day written notice of the concerning session and carry a $10 processing fee. Checks will be
mailed within 15-20 working days. Day Camp fees are non-refundable once a session begins.
Membership Refunds
A thirty- day written notice of cancellation is required for all memberships. We offer no
refunds on the first month fees, registration fee, or on the automatic bank withdrawal system.
On the annual full advanced payments, the refund is pro-rated back to you on any full un-used
months remaining on your membership. Membership refunds carry a $10 processing fee.
If you are on the automatic bank withdrawal plan, you will be drafted again within the
thirty-day notice of cancellation period. The YMCA will not reimburse stop payment fees or
refund drafts dur ing the notice period.
If your membership is paid annually you will receive a check in the mail for the balance due
on your membership. The check should be received 15-20 working days from date of cancellation.
Youth & Adult Sports Refunds
Refunds are available with a 10-day written notice and carry a $10 processing fee. Checks will
be mailed within 15-20 working days. Fees are non-refundable once a league begins.
